Yet Another StreetEasy Price Hike

There is another StreetEasy price hike on the Zillow-owned New York City product. It was free to post a rental exclusive until August 2017, when prices jumped to $3 per day. In Jan 2019 the price jumped 50% to $4.50 per day.

Starting Jan 2020, the Streeteasy price hike increases to $6 per day, and all listings must be entered using their proprietary platform. Feeds from long-standing REBNY vendors such as RealtyMX, OLR, Nestio, and Brokers NYC will no longer be able to send rental listings.ย

Landlords, subletters, real estate agents, and brokers can advertise their listings for a fraction of the cost. Advertisers can pay $20 to activate a listing for seven days. During this time, our algorithm automatically keeps the listing high up in the search results.ย

For landlords, management companies, and agents who advertise at least three rentals a month, we recommend signing up for a Pro Plan. Pro Plans range from $79/month to $299/month, depending on the tier. With Pro Plans, you can advertise listings for a fraction of the cost per day compared to our competitors.ย

To make the deal even sweeter, new agents can sign up for a training presentation to receive free Pro Credits, which are the currency on the platform. We’re consistently finding ways to make the site profitable for our advertisers.ย
