For many of us, it’s hard to pass up an opportunity to live in Manhattan especially when you find an amazing deal. These are what we at RentHop like to refer to internally as gems. The phenomenon of high demand and low supply/inventory of available listings continues into the month of November though seasonality is starting to kick in as we enter into the late stage of the Fall season.
