For many of us, it’s hard to pass up an opportunity to live in Manhattan especially when you find an amazing deal. These are what we at RentHop like to refer to internally as gems. The phenomenon of high demand and low supply/inventory of available listings continues into the month of September. Regardless of the fact that the Delta strain of COVID is even more widespread than before, there is still a plethora of renters seeking housing in NYC. As a result, rental concessions being offered by landlords is back to pre pandemic rates (on average one month free) with some buildings not even offering any. Thankfully, RentHop is still getting a great inventory of gems. Today we’ll focus on some of our favorite deals in Upper Manhattan and Midtown Manhattan for this coming September!
