Those who wish to rent in popular neighborhoods must prove ready to dig into their pockets, even during the cooling winter months with less frequent rental activity. No matter the time of year a renter is looking for a Manhattan apartment, they must remain vigilant if they attempt to find a deal.
As Spring begins, renters must prepare to see prices increase from now through the busy Summer season. However, there are still plenty of opportunities to score deals across the borough. The following list highlights inexpensive deals across Manhattan this month, boasting various features like stainless steel appliances, elevators, and proximity to public transportation.
