Originally from Canton, China, Ted moved to Boston to attend Boston College, where he studied theater and philosophy. He came to Manhattan right after graduation, and since fell in love with Fort Greene in Brooklyn where he currently resides. Ted previously produced and assisted in producing numerous events, shows and photo shoots before entering real estate. He was once called "the Swiss army knife" of production because of his adaptability and ability to accomplish many tasks.
Ted brings the same tenacity and eye for detail to his real estate clients. He is extremely good at multitasking, making deadlines and working under pressure. On the personal side, Ted is a sports and language enthusiast. He believes that globalization is the future, and communication is the key. Ted also follows theater and fashion, and has designed costumes for local and children's theaters.
