After six years of traveling the globe working as a flight attendant, Victoria finally landed in New York City in 2007 where she began her new career in real estate (selling/buying and renting apartments). Victoria'a bachelors degree and background in tourism and hotel management has provided her with strong values and ethics that she brings to the table with all of her clients.
Victoria's ability to remain calm in crisis gives her clients assurance that they are in the safest hands while she gets the job done. You may even have some fun through the process...."I love being a real estate agent because it is so people oriented and such an active job. I have a lot of energy and love meeting people and talking to them. I also enjoy all of the different aspects of the job (which I don't even consider a job) including multitasking and working with so many great people."
As this business is all about relationships, Victoria is easy to work with and makes people comfortable. She grew up traveling a lot as a child and having moved around made her very adaptive, creative, and persistent plus able to work well with all different types of personalities. "That really helps me in this business." Also having moved a lot as an adult, she can certainly empathize with her clients whether moving within the city or coming to NY for the first time.
"What ultimately sets me apart as a real estate agent is my work ethic - I'm used to working long hours and I was brought up to believe that when you have your dream occupation you work your hardest and do your best at it. My primary focus is not just getting the deal done at any price. It's on making my clients happy by listening to them and understanding their needs. I want them to feel that the transaction went smoothly and that they got what they want at the price they were comfortable with. I generally care about people having a good time in finding what they want."
