As Manager of Citi Habitats West Village office, Trevor Williams works with senior management to help agents grow their businesses. In addition to lending his guidance in the areas of obtaining and marketing listings and negotiating successful deals, Trevor advises agents on creating client databases and developing networking strategies to optimize their performance and potential. He is also responsible for hiring, mentoring and training new talent and coaching senior agents.

Trevor began his career as an agent at the East Village office of Citi Habitats in 2007, and most recently worked out of the Upper East Side office on East 84th Street. His success in rentals and sales was attributed to his philosophy of quality over quantity when servicing his clients, as well as his extensive knowledge.

Prior to entering real estate, Trevor honed his customer service skills working for a major national retailer. He additionally ran his own computer troubleshooting and repair business which helped to sharpen the valuable skills and insights he has brought to his managerial role.

Trevor has lived in New York City his entire life and attended New York City College of Technology. He and his wife currently reside in Brooklyn, his home of many years. Time on RentHop: 10 Years 8 Months
