Born and raised in the suburbs of Washington D.C, Stephanie made her move to New York City in 2016. As a New York enthusiast, Steph has spent countless hours each week exploring and getting to know each unique neighborhood of the city.

Specializing in lower Manhattan, Stephanie works hard to make sure her clients are always excited about their new homes and find just what they're looking for. Having gone through the rental market as a young student herself, Steph has personal experience with many rental buildings in lower manhattan and knows how stressful a move can be. She strives to ensure that her clients experience the smoothest home search possible and will give 110% to make her clients happy. She goes above and beyond to always be available and communicative for her friends and clients, treating each one as her top priority.
