Well Stamatios was fast on getting me in since they were other interested renters. He was always getting back at all my emails, regardless time. I had the key within days. I was having a very hard time to find an apartment due to income and credit issue, have contacted many different brokers and agents. They said I must have 700+ credit score and an income of $85,000 and up to have a 3 bedroom apt. Finally contacted Mr.Tsilimos who helped me to find a private house in a very good area in queens. Very happy with his services, whenever I called he always responded timely by call or text. God bless him and he deserve the best. If someone need real professional service please contact him. Stamatios is a fantastic agent that I fully recommend reaching out to if you are on the search for a new place. We originally chanced upon him through a listing for an apartment that we had initially been interested in, but had been taken before we had a chance to apply. After this, Stamatios actually took the time to reach out to us and give us the first walk through of an even better listing than the original. He even dropped my fiance off at our AirBnB after the showing.
The oceanview studio I saw on the website was rented right away. I was heartbroken but Mr Stamatios found me an identical but better oceanview w/ manhattan skyline, walk-in closet corner studio within my budget. I would highly recommend Stamatios!!! I had been searching for an apartment for 3 longgg months. I had credit issues due to school loans which was my down fall throughout the whole process.
