A uniquely skilled communicator with in-depth knowledge of New York City neighborhoods, Sasha Bruno has acquired a reputation as a tough, honest negotiator who goes above and beyond to secure the best prices for her sellers and to find the perfect homes for her buyers and renters. It's no accident that her nickname is "The Closer."
Before building a career in real estate, Sasha honed her negotiating skills in the world of advertising, where she worked closely with Fortune 500 executives and A-list celebrities. "Seven years in advertising taught me to be very strong and effective on all sides of the deal," Sasha says, "and I find those skills to be even more important in rentals and sales."
Known for her personal, attentive approach, Sasha always takes the time to get to know each client - learning everything she can about their specific needs. In every phase of the apartment hunt, Sasha is there: looking for places, helping sell an old apartment, preparing board packages, and sorting out all the financial details. She always has her clients' backs, from the first meeting and all the way through to the closing. Proficient in both sales and rentals, she is also experienced in negotiating commercial deals.
A longtime resident of downtown Manhattan, Sasha has a broad array of experience working in all of downtown's neighborhoods, and is well versed in the landscape of uptown and Brooklyn as well. Raised on the North Shore of Long Island, Sasha majored in sociology at Northeastern University. She has strong ties to her high school, Friends Academy in Long Island's Locust Valley, and is active in charities including Habitat For Humanity and Susan G. Komen.
