Sam grew up just outside Manhattan, in the New York City suburb of Stamford, CT. Upon graduating from the prestigious Hun School of Princeton, he went on to study kinesiology and public relations at the University of Miami. Sam first got his real estate license in NJ and started working in the Hudson County market. Sam's focus was on-site residential leasing in Jersey City, Hoboken, Harrison and Union City. Sam then made the transition to NYC real estate where he spent a year and half working as a broker for Cooper & Cooper.
