Samntha is a really a nice, agressive and trustable broker. We could not find an appropriate apt by ourself from internet in Taiwan. I was so fortuanate in finding Samantha when I moved to New York. I had a very tight deadline in finding an apartment, but found one with her help in a day! All the apartments she listed for viewing were great, as they suited both my budget and area preference. She's a warm hearted person which is very considerate of people's situations when they first come to the city and has solutions to any hurdle you might come across when finding a place. She also recommended a lot of restaurants ( I'm a foodie) and got me familiar with the city which created a friendly bond that I haven't had with other brokers. Samantha is AMAZING. She worked so hard to find us exactly what we were looking for and went above and beyond in assisting us in getting our paperwork together and it was truly amazing. If you're looking for a broker who will make your apartment search less stressful and even enjoyable, Samantha is your girl. I heard about Town Residential from a family friend who recommended the firm because of their esteemed reputation. After explaining to Samantha my price limit and the areas in which I was hoping to live, she immediately set to work and found places that met my criteria. It's important to note that I was in touch with a few brokers previous to reaching out to Samantha, and they all told me that my price range was impossible given the Downtown Manhattan neighborhoods in which I was hoping to find an apartment. However, Samantha was only hopeful and by far the most successful in understanding my situation. She found me a beautiful apartment in my dream neighborhood Downtown which just goes to show that her knowledge of New York real estate and her experience really sets her apart. She is a wonderful, funny, brightly-lit foodie (seriously, ask her where she gets her babka...you won't regret it), and I can safely say that I will be in contact with her in the future both as a client and as a friend.
Samantha Dong was a lifesaver! My family lives in Chicago and I needed to find my daughter an apartment in NYC for a summer internship . I was stressed because I was only going to be in town for 2 days.
