Robert Lewis has 12 years of diverse sales and marketing experience, split between New York City real estate and the Luxury Wine and Spirits Industry. Robert attended Bryant University in Rhode Island and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and minor in Communications.
In only his second full year of residential real estate sales, Robert became a member of Weichert Realtors' exclusive Ambassador Club with over $10 million in closed transactions. Robert was also awarded the Top Producer and Top Listing Agent distinctions in 2014 as a result of his hard work. In 2013, Robert achieved Multi-Million Dollar Club status after closing his first sales transaction, a $1.5M+ cold call through Weichert Realtor's proprietary Lead Network.
When representing sellers, Robert has been able to set new sales records on the UWS, in Battery Park City, in Midtown East, and in Murray Hill through superior pricing and negotiation tactics. Utilizing his diverse sales experience, Robert is able to fully understand his buyer's needs, which enables him to find them the perfect home without overpaying. Even in the competitive NYC real estate market, only one of Robert's buyers has paid more than the asking price ($1,500 over) due to another full priced offer. In addition, Robert is a preferred Weichert Relocation Agent, having successfully rented and sold apartments to managers and C-level clients who have relocated to New York City from across the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
Robert lives on the Upper West Side with his Airedale Terrier, Brutus, and enjoys writing and performing stand-up comedy, auto racing, playing any sport that involves a racquet, and volunteering with the Mt. Hope Historical Society.
