Richard is a gangster. After an extensive search of luxury rentals, ranging from Fidi to UWS (my wife was hard to please), Richard helped me and my wife find a perfect 3 bed apartment in Central Park South for $18k/month when it was listed for $19k. Richard bought us a bottle of Cristal and took us out for dinner at Il Pastino after we signed the lease. This dude has taste. I'm going to end up buying in the city when our lease is up and Richard is going to be my guy. Absolutely.
