As Managing Partner and Director of Leasing at The Crest Group NYC, Rick Harrison is responsible for training and supervising all agents on the entire rental process, and providing support as needed to ensure that both agents and customers have the smoothest, most pleasant experience when renting an apartment in New York City.
Rick began his career in real estate as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson who worked with several major Manhattan real estate companies. Prior to his association with The Crest Group, he was an agent, Training and Operations Manager, then ultimately Director of Leasing at Miron Properties who was promoted due to his expertise, strong relationships with landlords, and ability to mentor agents.

While in college, he was the Morning Show host and production director at the student-run radio station, WJPZ 89.1 FM. Rick subsequently gained invaluable experience at the College Board's national headquarters in Manhattan as Assistant Director of Professional Development where he managed over 300 consultants, and an annual budget of approximately $5 million.
