Randy runs an elite brokerage team of 30+ real estate professionals at R New York. He represents over 150 plus exclusive buildings in NYC, and more than 3,000 apartments, primarily in downtown Manhattan.
In 2021, his team rented over 570 apartments, totaling over 20 million dollars in real estate transactions. While people were fleeing the city, Randy stayed behind and made sure his properties were being rented.
Randy not only helps sales and rental clients find a home; he helps sellers move on with their lives, working rigorously to sell their property so they can realize the change they are looking for. "I dedicate myself to finding people their right-now home or forever home, and to achieving the best value for all parties. I'm proud to say I have a huge client base of renters, buyers and sellers, and enjoy great relationships with developers, building owners and management companies."
Credibility, commitment, understanding and tenacity are all qualities that make Randy a stand-out in his field. His career and his clients are his number one priority; and his ultimate goals are making people happy while getting the best deals possible.
Randy demonstrated his outstanding sales skills back in the day when cell phones were big and clunky. He helped people to connect and communicate in the best way for the young, old and in between, and enjoyed an incredible journey watching cellular service evolve. Randy worked with a company that transformed from Omnipoint to Voicestream to now T-Mobile. He bought his first home, loved real estate, and knew right then that this field was his passion. To Randy, there is nothing more satisfying than fulfilling his clients' needs.
Originally from Southern Maryland, Randy's dream was always to go to NYC. He received a full football scholarship to Rutgers University and played with some of the best friends he will ever have. Randy and his friends love snowboarding, a sport he finds exhilarating because of the control you must have navigating the terrain with the fewest falls. "I like to help my clients get where they need to go too, with the least amount of pitfalls!"
