Olga is very extremely knowledgeable in Manhattan real estate Market. We were in the city just for a weekend and needed to find new home. She lined up all the best options in our criteria and we viewed about 10 buildings .We were very specific in our Musts. Apartment that we chose answered all our wishes. And I am sure we got lucky only because Olya new inventory and was very familiar with all the options she showed us. Also the application process was very smooth . She new exactly what management requires and advised us on the best approach to get approved quickly.

It was my lucky day when I chose Olya from 11 other agents that reached me through Nakedapartments.I'm relocating to NYC from Florida, have very specific needs, limited preferable areas since I have school age kids, limited time that I can spend on searching and, as many of us, limited budget.Turned out that Olya is real professional. She totally understood all my preferences, she was calm, nice and polite, patiently listened to my concerns and wishes.In just 3 hours we found an amazing apartment, that I couldn't even dream off, seriously.Another little detail: it was pleasant to see how the landlords/ managers of properties that we visited reacted to her.
