Nicole is great! She is super patient and focuses on understanding what you are looking for in an apartment. After each viewing, she asked for specific feedback on what we thought about each apartment, and also helped us keep track of which apartments were in our top ranking. Nicole was very thoughtful about making sure we were using our viewing time efficiently and made efforts to adapt viewings to be in line with our ideal apartment.
