It was a pleasure to work with Marlene. She was extremely patient with my friend
and me as we had a tight set of criteria to be on the west side, near Penn station, not
more than 2 blocks from the subway, etc. Not only was she able to run a search and
strategize the right fit for us, but also advised us on picking the right apartment stating
