A true class act!!..... I came across Marco online (not from a referral) so I was a little worried about working with someone that wasn’t a direct referral. Marcos professionalisms and experience is refreshing. The night before my appointment with Marco he sent over a detailed list of addresses and times.... the buildings concessions were also outlined. Marco was absolutely wonderful to work with. We came from out of country to find an apartment and he took the time to explain the way rentals work in NYC. He listened to our needs, showed us only units that met those needs and answered all our questions thoroughly. He was honest and patient and even after we selected an apartment he followed through even though he had left on vacation.

Marco was very helpful, and took me around FiDi showing me several buildings. In one building, they wanted to schedule a showing for me to come back the next day, but because of Marco's connections he managed to have them show me the apartment on the spot. Unfortunately it was not great timing and I didn't end up renting any of the places we saw, but he was very helpful and I will definitely return to him if I need to find a place in FiDi in the future.
