He has achieved this in part by staying up to date on market trends, cultivating a wide network of contacts throughout the industry, and always educating his clients on everything that is relevant to them.
Handling condos, co-ops and townhouses, both sales and rentals, Marc has an extensive knowledge of the markets in various parts of the city, especially the West Village and Chelsea, which makes him a good ally in the search for (or sale of) a property. Originally from Philadelphia, Marc now lives in Chelsea, a neighborhood where he feels right at home thanks to its vibrant energy and diversity. He is also a proud and active member of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
