Marc Williams began his real estate career 22 years ago, starting as an escrow assistant for a national title company, Title Guaranty, in Honolulu, Hawaii. After several years, he graduated into real estate sales, working for Centex Destination Properties, selling beachfront condominiums on the Big Island of Hawaii. He moved to New York during the financial crisis in 2007, and began an illustrious career in sales and rentals here in New York.
After 17 years in New York, Marc's business is completely referral based, catering to a multitude of clients who are purchasing, selling, renting, or investing in this great city.  As a determined negotiator, who understands market trends, he prides himself in his ability to listen and laser focus, always finding that perfect property. "Eager to assist, ready to help". This is his motto.

Marc holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of North Texas. He grew up in the United Kingdom and travels extensively each year. He is an avid snow skier and food enthusiast and lives on Manhattan's west side in Hell's Kitchen.
