Her thorough process of getting to know our needs and wants allowed for an efficient search as she had found apartments that closely matched our interests. She was prepared with applications and documents before we had even viewed apartments which allowed us to apply almost immediately if we loved one that we saw. She genuinely cared about helping us find the perfect apartment to fit our needs and we feel so grateful to have worked with her. I highly recommend Mackenzie! She was wonderful to work with, and was super patient and helpful throughout the whole process. I lived far from NYC, so she was happy to go to the apartment for me and take pictures, videos, and facetime, since I couldn't be there in person. She was super honest and had my best interest in mind throughout the whole process. I usually don't write reviews but everyone needs to work with Mackenzie! I found her Tik Tok and decided to reach out. I was relocating last minute for work and had no idea about renting in New York City. She answered all my questions and helped me prepare my documents. She spent two full days doing virtual tours (she even took measurements of all the rooms). She was honest and personable. After moving in, she mailed me a handwritten welcome card with a Starbucks gift card, which I thought was so thoughtful. I will definitely be recommending Mackenzie to everyone and working with her again.
