LisaRoxanne Walters-Jeffers, Esq. is a triple-threat with over two decades of experience as a licensed broker, property manager, and a real estate attorney (commercial and residential transactions, as well as landlord/tenant and foreclosure litigation).  LisaRoxanne began her career as a management and sales assistant at New York's prestigious Akam Associates.  She then shifted to assisting in large-scale shopping mall sales at the boutique brokerage, Bonder & Mandel.  Upon entering undergrad, she decided to get her feet wet in residential rentals and sales at a local Northeast Bronx brokerage, which springboarded her into starting her own brokerage, and transitioning into being a Housing and Legal Specialist for a family of HDFCs.  Within a few years, she synergized the study of law into her entrepreneurship and vast realty experience. Since then, LisaRoxanne has helped create dozens of real estate holding companies and expanded dozens of others.  She has been the primary catalyst in the acquisition of dozens of properties, including multi-family units, small apartment buildings, strip malls and other commercial properties.  Additionally, LisaRoxanne helps buyers obtain traditional mortgages as well as creative seller-financed and hard-money financing. She is the  broker, attorney or manager for approximately 100 properties, throughout NYC, Buffalo/Niagara Falls, as well as New Jersey's Union and Essex counties. This portfolio, with a value of approximately $31 million, is a mix of 20% single-family residential, 60% multi-family residential and 20% commercial (strip-mall, industrial and stand-alone retail). Lastly, Ms. Walters-Jeffers has been a NYS-Approved Real Estate Instructor and an Adjunct Professor of Business Law and Business Negotiations for close to 20 years. She holds a dual-Baccalaureate degree from the City University of New York Baccalaureate Program, and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Yeshiva University/Cardozo School of Law, where she was a Heyman Fellow and Association of Corporate Counsel Scholarship recipient.
