I had the honor of working with Lindsey recently and she successfully helped me and my husband find an unbelievable apartment in downtown Brooklyn within our budget range (in fact, way below what we'd anticipate to pay). Most amazingly, it was done in only one trip.

I had just moved to NYC for the first time. Lindsey was the first agent to call me back and took a lot of time to answer all of my questions about requirements for rentals. I saw a ton of ads and didn't know what direction to go, but she asked me pertinent questions about my preferences and was able to give me a tour of about 5 different buildings that were all good options for me AND within my budget! The process was a bit crazy but Lindsey explained to me in advance what paperwork I would need to complete an application and I was able to prepare myself in advance. I did not end up renting anything with Lindsey but I've gotta put in a good word because she took the time to speak with me over the phone even though I told her how low my budget was. My husband and I recently sold our home and had to move suddenly over the Christmas holiday to accomodate our buyers move in date. We weren't expecting to sell our home so fast but we got an offer we could't refuse and found ourselves scrounging to find a 1 bedroom rental on short notice. AMAZING wouldn't begin to describe my experience with Lindsey. I was moving from the West Coast to the East Coast and didn't have the option to see places in person. Lindsey visited all the places I was interested in and took videos/pictures and also made great recommendations. I tried working with other brokers, but for the most part they didn't want to go through the trouble of having to do all of that. I was searching for about a month before I met Lindsey. Once we started working together, I found a place in a week. I highly recommend using her as your broker. You won't be disappointed.

Lindsey was great to work with! We kept in touch for a handful of days before having time to meet up and see the places she had in mind for us. She was the last broker we met up with and as luck would have it the only building she showed us is where we ended up! It fit everything we were looking for and applied more or less immediately.

We were new to the experience of moving from suburbia to a big city. My 25 year old son is moving for a job and we were starting from scratch. We were told we had to contact each agent listed on a listing and that we couldn't use one realtor for all apartments.
