I was very impressed with Lindsay's professionalism. She treated me like a valued client. Furthermore, she was always prompt and courteous. I had somewhat specific apartment requirements regarding budget and location, but she managed to find me multiple places that I could live at. I always felt that she was honest and reasonable throughout the apartment search and application process. I would highly recommend her.

Lindsay was super helpful and responsive in helping us find an apartment. Lindsay Dalberth was an absolute pleasure to work with. As a first time renter in NYC she made what could have been a daunting process extremely easy from start to finish. Every apartment she showed us was one that we seriously considered -- she listened to what we were looking for and she delivered! When we finally chose which apartment we wanted to pursue she acted as a liaison between us and the management company, answered all of our questions, and fought hard to get us the best possible terms. Even after our lease was signed Lindsay was there to make sure everything was going smoothly. Lindsay was extremely responsive, honest, and helpful throughout this entire process and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a new home!
Lindsay responded right away, was extremely relatable and quickly found apartments that fit my criteria. I felt she really wanted to get to know me, what I was looking for and help make the best connection - not just look for a sale.
