We started looking for an apartment 2 months before the actual move. While a lot of brokers wouldn’t take such timeline seriously, Lara was very patient and thorough with us. Our move-in date was scheduled for January and we started the apartment search in November. Met Lara through Street Easy for (1) showing. She took my roommate and I to about 5 other listings in 3 different buildings that same night. Turns out, one of the other listings is now the place my roommate live in! If it wasn't for her, not sure we would have found this place. Was there for questions and support through the whole process with building management. Made it a quick and easy process!

Lara gave away sensitive information regarding my guarantor’s salary to my roommate which presented unsolicited problems and was quite unprofessional given we had asked for confidentiality. The apartment she found us was fine but I’m quite offended she doesn’t know how to deal with sensitive information. She also pressured my roommate to piggy-back onto my guarantor to get the deal faster.

Lara is simply great. She has helped me end up in my last two apartments and I have nothing but praise for her. Lara was extremely attentive and helpful throughout our entire rental process. My roommate and I initially looked to move in December, in which Lara provided a widespread amount of viewing options in all areas of the city. We usually were requesting to view places last second and she was always amenable and got us into view the apts we wanted. Due to a roommate changing jobs, we ended up having to extend our lease out to February. Once we were set on a lease expiration date we contacted Lara immediately as we knew she would be able to find high quality, feasible apartments in a short turn around time. Within a week she was able to get us into a viewing that we knew was the right place right away. We closed on the apt within 2 days. Couldn't be happier with our decision.

My wife and I recently sold our condo in Brooklyn and needed to find an apartment for rent within a few short weeks.
