After renting apartments in Boston, Nashville, Houston and State College, I thought I had a handle on the process.I was wrong. But Kunal made it better.From the get-go--the moment we connected to team up on my apartment hunt--he was receptive, asking lots of questions about what kinds of apartments I'd like and what my living situation looked like.
