Kiran made my entire move to NYC extremely easier. He was unbelievably helpful in making sure we knew our options in the area we were interested in. He was always accesible via text or email when we had any questions about the application process. He had previous experience with renting in our building, so we got great insight to units available. He allows us to see other units in the building and contact previous clients of his. Furthermore, we would faceTime or even text me any questions I had about the unit once we signed our lease. He sent me the measurements to my room. Even after moving in, Kiran remains someone I can go to with questions about the building and the nearby area. I have now used Kiran twice as a broker- once in the Upper East Side and once in Murray Hill and could not be happier!! He asked a lot of questions up front about what I was looking for and my budget and did his research before hand.
