I recently found myself burdened with the daunting and expectedly tedious dilemma of having to find a new apartment that would not only be affordable but also readily accessible to my place of work in the Upper East Side. By the recommendation of a friend I went on the CitiHabitats website in search of a unit and proceeded to call the corresponding agents pertaining to the various listings I was interested in. Given that it was an early morning weekend I was not surprised when call after call was met with either a continuous ring or a voicemail. Gratefully the only one that picked up was Kira Chien. Kira was very attentive and understanding to my particular specifications pertaining to location and price range. Over the course of a month she proceeded to accompany me to various listings until we landed upon an ideal unit that not only met my price range but more than exceeded my expectations for an exceptional location. Through out the experience I very much enjoyed her congenial and continuously elated disposition. At all times her attentiveness to my exact request made me feel comfortable and secure in her selections. I lived out of state and only had a few days to come into the city and find my apartment, which I quickly realized was too overwhelming to do on my own.
