Hello I have a room available right now January 23 2025 or in the coming weeks for $850 per month plus utilities in Long Island City / Astoria area of Queens and up until July 18th 2025. (At which point I have promised it to some friends visiting NYC from Europe for 1 week). I have 2 small but friendly dogs so it would be important that you are comfortable around dogs around the place (though they will stay out of your room, of course!).
