His passion for real estate blossomed early, having been around the business his entire life with his grandfather a land developer. Today Keyan enjoys his own success. Prior to joining Douglas Elliman, he was the top producer at his previous company with the highest gross commission income and most closed transactions. Keyan is also an active real estate investor with his family. This Dutchess County, NY native attended Loyola University in Maryland, where he majored in Communications and holds the record for the most wins at the number one singles spot in the school history of men's tennis. During summers, he was a tennis coach at a country club in Millbrook. "Whether coaching or competing, tennis is a one-on-one activity that requires vigorous mental strength. I've been able to apply that, along with discipline, to excel in real estate." Keyan lives in Chelsea and loves everything about his community. In free time, you can find him working out at the Crunch gym (formerly the McBurney YMCA) because he loves the architecture, or volunteering to help animals through his involvement in German Shepherd Rescue.
