Ken replied to my message immidiately and scheduled a viewing for that day. He took the time out of his evening to show me the apartment, and had the super there to show me around. He was very polite and answered all of my questions, and even took the time to follow up with me that next day. The only reason I didn't rent from him was timing.

Kenneth was great to work with . He's kind, down to earth and not out to get ya. He has great relationships with the landlords which makes him ideal. He made the whole process which can be quite daunting ..very easy . Mad cool, family man . He gets it and he will help you find the right place to call home.

My roommate and I had a very good experience with Ideal Properties Group. Our agent, Kenneth, showed us the apt we contacted him about, but upon seeing we didn't like it, and he immediately corrected the list of spaces he had in mind, based on our feedback. The very next place he showed us we instantly fell in love with. The application process was not overly complicated, and we didn't feel rushed. He was available for questions at almost all hours, and his office's hours were very convenient. All in all, ours was a very good experience.
If I could give Kenneth another star I would.
Let me start by saying that I didn't rent with Ken but he was fast in his response, courteous, and really listened to what I wanted. I decided to stay in my current place but next time I start looking I will give Ken a call before anyone else.
Forgot our appointment. We had to call him and then he came and acted like we were inconveniencing him. When we didn't want the place right away, he was rude and never followed up.
Ken was very responsive to our inquiries and immediately came up with a few listing that fit our needs and budget. However, during the showing he seemed a bit preoccupied.
Kenneth was extremely helpful and fit a lot of listings into a little time. I hope we can go out again with some listings closer to my criteria. He was so knowledgable about BROOKLYN!
