Looking for an apartment for your college student can be very stressful. Katherine made it as close to stress free as you can get. When I reached out to her she answered right away. This was a sign of good things to come. Each time either my daughter or I had a question or concern she answered promptly. She listened to both my daughter and I on what our needs were. The very next day she met my daughter and showed her apartments that were perfect for her. Once my daughter choose an apartment Katherine helped us every step of the way with the application and finalizing the lease. She was very attentive to both me and my daughter. Don’t waste your time with second-rate or third-rate brokers. Katherine is first-rate. My fiancé and I were limited in our time in New York, and we had strict requirements for an apartment. Katherine rallied to the cause, she remained painstakingly sensitive to all our needs, scrupulously organized for us more than a dozen showings — last minute— over the course of two short days, and finally in the end, thanks to her artful, exacting and tireless negotiations with our new landlord, secured for us the apartment of our dreams at the price of our dreams. She’s extraordinarily congenial, highly sensitive to buyer / renter requirements and specifications, generous with her time, and so obviously steadfastly committed to nothing short of a successful outcome for the renter / buyer.
