Karolina Zimmermannova Moazed began her real estate career in the Czech Republic, her homeland, in January 2006. She found new headquarters for several embassies, residences for ambassadors, and homes for expats, which became her specialty niche. "Each area, building, apartment, interior and exterior attracts a different type of person. If you listen closely, you will know what your client wants and needs even before he, she or they do. That is the art of real estate; like matchmaking. Our homes reflect who we are."
Karolina came to New York City after living in San Francisco for many years to pursue new opportunities and experience a different lifestyle. Real estate once again became her calling. She thoroughly enjoys exploring New York both with clients and in personal time. Being from the Czech Republic, surrounded and intrigued by diverse architectural styles, ingrained in her a deep appreciation of great cities and buildings.
As she knows, finding the right place to rent or buy in Manhattan could be time intensive and exhausting. Karolina looks forward to making your journey as smooth and swift as possible with her above-and-beyond service. Her exceptional ability to prioritize, multi-task, organize and facilitate make me an extremely efficient real estate partner as well.
Prior to real estate, Karolina worked in nursing, office management, hospitality and restaurant management. Karolina completed four years of Nursing School in Prague, plus studied English at Southgate College in London. When asked about her favorite things to do, she says, "Living life is my hobby!" That, along with swimming, walking, enjoying a glass of fine wine with cheeses after a long day, photography, independent movies and worldwide travel.
