Justin is a super broker! I have lived in Manhattan and Brooklyn for two decades and unfortunately have moved apartments many times during that period. The stereotype of rental brokers in NYC is generally true in my experience, but Justin is a very rare exception. He is attentive, professional, diligent and genuinely wants to help you. My roommates and I looked at a lot of apartments with a lot of agents before finding Hugh and Justin at an open house representing the apartment we ultimately signed for. They struck a good balance of professional and friendly. They answered our questions about the apartment well, and when we decided to apply for the apartment, they helped us through the process quickly to help us secure the apartment.
