Joseph has been a dream to work with! From the start, he was very professional and responsive, which I appreciated! I'm moving to New York from Atlanta, GA, and I came up to New York a couple of weeks ago to look at apartments. I found one I loved, but unfortunately another applicant was able to move in earlier. Because I wasn't able to make another trip up to the city, Joseph offered to do virtual showings. The following weekend, he went to a couple of listings and would Facetime me at each one. I ended up finding one that I loved! Throughout the entire process, he's explained everything in detail, so that I am not left with doubt (getting an apartment in NYC is a completely different process than Atlanta!).
