Mr Adams was amazing throughout the whole application process. He went above board to help us gather and submit all necessary documents. Don't waste your time with this jerk of a broker. He doesn't provide cross streets to the address. When I called to clarify where the apartment was located, he didn't know the cross streets. When I finally arrived, I was frustrated with the run around. He started to say if you are giving me attitude, I won't show you the apartment. The super and myself looked at each other like this guy is crazy. Very unprofessional and lacks customer service skills. Do not waste your time.
