Jolanta was truly a god send in my search for this apartment. I found out abruptly that my current lease would be up one month earlier than expected. This out me into a panic scramble to try and find a new home in a CRAZY market as we approached summer in Manhattan. Within two weeks Jolanta had showed me 5 different units in 3 different buildings all within my strict budget. Eventually we came across my dream unit, $300 below my max budget. There were two other people viewing the unit while we were touring. Jolanta immediately took me down to the leasing office, sat me down and walked me through the entire application. Jolanta is very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful (but not pushy like I have found many brokers to be). I signed my lease well ahead of my move in date and she followed up to ask if I needed help booking anything, etc. She understood what I was looking for and helped me find it quickly! She went to apartments (during rough winter weather) to FaceTime and give me a virtual tour. She went out of her way to show me multiple units in a short amount of time.
