Bond New York
Agent Profile
Jeremy's clients know they can depend on him to deliver. His clients value his ability to put himself in their shoes and fully commit to their real estate journey as if it was his own. Having moved to New York in the late 90s, he has experienced many life stages through real estate, from struggling to find affordable shelter with roommates to seeing real estate as an investor. These experiences have instilled a compassion in Jeremy in a business that can often feel transactional. He understands and is committed to helping his customers with the most important transactions in their lives. He also understands that they might face some difficult life decisions that are not only financial but deeply personal in other ways, affecting their families, relationships, pets, careers, and education. With this understanding, Jeremy guides his customers through a sometimes counterintuitive and unfamiliar process and provides a trustworthy and dependable face for the other parties in the transaction.

As an owner and investor in mixed residential/commercial real estate, Jeremy has first-hand experience in the complexities of investing in real estate. Jeremy's favorite thing is turning on the inner-entrepreneur in his clients and customers and helping them realize the investment and income potential that may not have been apparent in their initial goals, knowing that his clients will be set up for long term success.

An educator by nature, Jeremy has been in arts and education for over 20 years. He plays four musical instruments and has composed music for film. He has performed internationally in Europe, Africa, Asia, and South America, including at New York's very own Carnegie Hall. He also teaches private lessons through Trevor Day School in Manhattan.

Having moved to New York City as a child in the late 90s, he has lived in many neighborhoods and knows the city inside and out. He currently rents in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, a neighborhood he loves because it is a great community for raising children.

Jeremy is a dual American/German citizen. He has a Bachelors in British and American Literature from NYU and is currently obtaining a Masters in Theater and History, also at NYU. When he's not assisting his real estate clients or teaching and performing, he loves to get outdoors whether it be for a long run or taking in urban wildlife by birdwatching.
