Where do I begin. Working with James was an absolute pleasure. From the moment we met to view the apartment he was friendly and personable, which set the tone perfectly for the rest of our time together. Though he had answers to all of our questions, he was not all about business and was happy to talk about our lives and shared connections/interests that we had. We were given bottles of water before sitting down to talk about the apartment details and he was very attentive, making sure we were comfortable in every way. If you are lucky, his associate (which is his lovely wife) will be there as well. She is the sweetest person on the Earth.
