I highly recommend Ivette! I just got to NYC and had a couple of brokers who helped me look for my apartment, but none of them were as professional, knowledgable and caring as her. She helped me look for my apartment as if she was looking for her own. She was always available to help me fill out the application and additional documents my apartment complex was requesting, it did not matter whether it was 6am or 10pm, she would always reply and be available for a call. When my lease ends, I am definitely contacting her again to find a new place!

Ivette is a phenomenal broker. When I went to meet her she had a list of units that she had already researched for me in the event I wanted to see more options. She was very attuned to my specifications and had a great relationship with the leasing offices so they were willing to discuss specific details with her even before I submitted an application. Knowing I was crazy busy with work meetings, she took pictures and video of other places herself and sent them to me along with the unit specs. It was really helpful. Throughout our entire communication process, she was very responsive in a timely fashion and made sure to frequently check up on me and my apartment search. When my roommate and I weren't able to tour apartments in person, she sent us video recordings instead and even offered to set up a video call.
