Ian is a born-and-raised New Yorker with a passion for helping people uncover the best answer to their real estate question by using local knowledge, market data, and tech solutions. His experience in real estate spanning from representing buyers, sellers, renters, landlords, and more, and his team's years of combined experience in Residential, Commercial, Investment, and Development make Ian an asset. Ian works in residential and commercial sales and leasing, and serves as a portfolio manager for the team's landlord accounts. He spearheads the use of tech solutions to streamline leasing and provide unique metric reporting that help management and ownerships make informed decisions.
He is also a trained actor, with a degree from the reputable Theatre Arts Department at Ithaca College, and comes from a family of musicians, performers, and arts enthusiasts. He's a lover of all things New York, art, music, theatre, New York, film, food, and... New York. Ian grew up and currently lives in Hudson Heights, and can be found most weekends biking down to Absolute Bagels on 108th and Broadway, the best bagel shop in NYC, no doubt.
