Greg went above and beyond to set up several apartment viewings that were fitting to my needs and budget. I really appreciated his willingness to meet after work hours and his quick response time to all my email questions.
Greg was very helpful for me and my roommate. Shortly after we gave him our preferences, he found many more options than we expected for us to visit. Greg was amazing to work with! He was so friendly and patient, showing me and my roommate numerous apartments over the course of a few days. He knew I was under a severe time crunch and found us the perfect place for a fantastic price that met all of our needs, but sadly my potential roommate turned out to be a flake and I couldn't take it, which was devastating. Even so, as soon as I start looking for places again (with a more reliable roommate) I will be using Greg and recommending him to anyone I know who is looking for apartments in New York.
A lot of brokers will post ads for apartments they don't actually have available just to get you in to see something else--Greg did not pull that c**p. He was honest about what he could get us in to see and helped us find a really great spot. We were looking for pretty specific things--reasonably-priced, laundry in building, very good light--and Greg was super patient with all of our requests even though options were limited with our budget and the neighborhood we wanted. He was very responsive by email and easy-going in person. Lastly, he didn't push us to make a decision right away like some of the other brokers we worked with (about 4 or 5). Definitely recommend him--he's a great guy to work with.

Greg is an awesome agent. He was able to find me the perfect apartment in one day. He gave me a lot of choices based on my preferences, but the best thing was that he was able to find me an apartment that included almost all of the things I found important and for a good price.
