A lot of brokers will post ads for apartments they don't actually have available just to get you in to see something else--Greg did not pull that c**p. He was honest about what he could get us in to see and helped us find a really great spot. We were looking for pretty specific things--reasonably-priced, laundry in building, very good light--and Greg was super patient with all of our requests even though options were limited with our budget and the neighborhood we wanted. He was very responsive by email and easy-going in person. Lastly, he didn't push us to make a decision right away like some of the other brokers we worked with (about 4 or 5). Definitely recommend him--he's a great guy to work with.
