As of May 2020 I have worked with George on three occasions: the first time as a buyer and other two times as a landlord. He has been very helpful in looking for the right condo within my budget and has walked me through the complicated process. I have purchased condos before in California but it was my first time in New York. I also engaged him as a landlord for the condo that I purchased - he made the process seamless from the purchase to the rent-out while proactively talking with the building. For the second time, he was very helpful in transitioning from the previous tenant to the new one (remember that this is during Covid-19 situation and I was not in New York). I highly recommend George! I am sure he will help me again in the future.

Mr. Torres provided excellent customer service! I saw the apartment on Saturday and I signed the lease on Thursday, the following week. Mr. Torres was very professional, available and prompt. George was extremely responsive (via email and text) with setting up viewing/meeting times around my work schedule throughout the entire process. He was so helpful in finding a reasonably priced 1 bedroom in my current neighborhood, it being my first time apartment hunting on my own without roommates. I felt I could trust his opinion and advice on what I could get in my price range, and he was a great advocate for me dealing with the management to make sure a few tweaks were taken care of (little updates, replacing damaged counters, etc). Strongly recommend!

Out of all the agents, George continuously searched apartments for me. If one apartment wasn't to my expectations, he would alert me as soon as something else popped up. After a short amount of time, he found me an awesome apartment in a great area that was below my budget. I highly recommend George.

After much frustration, I happened to come across George through a listing and so glad I did. He's efficient, listens to what you're looking for and an overall great broker to work with. Not only is he always quick to respond, he showed me a few places the same day as well, around my work schedule. I've referred him to several friends, too -- he definitely takes the stress out of looking for a new home and will certainly work with him again.

George was like a breath of fresh air- super honest, no BS, just let us look around and decide for ourselves. It took us five minutes to decide the apt he showed us was perfect and then he even gave us a tour of the neighborhood! This is a good guy. I was braced for the notorious NYC apartment hunt but George made mine incredibly quick and simple. I contacted him one day, saw the apartment the next, and was approved the following day. And the place is better than I thought was possible for the money. He was quick to respond by txt and was professional, efficient and friendly.

To be completely honest, I tried to contact George and he didn't contact me back. My fiance contacted George and then George got back to him like a week later. I had decided before meeting him based on peoples comments that George must be a jerk... or sexist... I don't I was trying to come up with some reason he would wait so long to respond... and then not respond to both me and my fiance who never told him we were the same "lookers".Regardless the apartment looked cool in the pictures and we were determined to see the apartment. My boyfriend was a real pain in the butt and kept calling George and leaving messages till he finally called back and scheduled an appointment.George ended up pushing our appointment back an hour and was also late. He apologized and was incredibly sweet and nice. We thought because we were viewing this apartment at 9:30pm on a Sunday he would rush us through... but he was patient and let us take our sweet a*s time.We ended up loving the place and putting down a deposit on the spot. He had all the paperwork on hand, and even was so sweet a to drive us home to the complete opposite side of Brooklyn!What I realized was... George is not a jerk. George is actually a very kind, relaxing, and not pushy at all, agent. Also... he's crazy busy. So if you like an apartment and really want it... I say flood his phone and email with you messages.That's my best advice. I would definitely use George again... even if we don't get the apartment.
