George Falero is a fantastic real estate agent! He showed me an apartment that I fell in love with, and went above and beyond to ensure that the landlord accepted my application. After much back and forth, my application was finally accepted... only to find out shortly thereafter, that I was being called out of the country for my job. George proved understanding and helpful in this situation too - after all the work he'd already put in, he still helped me get a full refund on my security deposit, checking in along the way to ensure I received the money. George was one of several agents I contacted and ultimately George was the most responsive and attentive of all I dealt with. I rented an apartment through George and after working with him I can see the difference in agents. He really was there to help me find the right place and get all paperwork situated. I hope to not move for quite some time but George is someone I will call when/if the time comes again.
George was great to work with. He contacted me after I inquired about one of his listings. Not only was he able to show me the place the very next day, but he also presented a couple alternatives that we were able to take a look at the same day.He was on time and very knowledgeable of all of the apartments we went to visit. But he also made sure not to pressure me to make a decision too fast like a lot of other NY brokers do. I was able to give it a day and take time to think over all the places I had seen that day.Thanks to George I am now renting a really spacious 1 bedroom in the upper east side. I was a bit apprehensive about the whole apartment search as I lived in my last residence for 30 years. I clicked on the 1st listing that met my needs on my wish list and got an immediate response from George Falerco.George was excellent making this as smooth a transition as possible. There was no waiting, whatever was convenient for me, was good for him. He answered all my questions and was happy to make suggestions. Thankfully I loved the place and within a matter of less than 7 days all the paperwork was processed and I was signing a lease.I really enjoyed working with George and would highly recommend him. He also put together a list of his favorite eateries in the neighborhood which could be a daunting task not being familiar. Google is good but George is Great!!!
George was helpful in finding me a really great apartment. He personally attended to the review process and made sure that it sped through in about half the time it normally takes with this particular building.
My girlfriend and I had been in the market for about a month not finding much that would fit both functionality and budget. With luck, we were able to meet George and he showed us exactly what we needed. Just remember the overall experience of renting in the NYC market is stressful and tedious, and going with George will defiantly alleviate that anxiety.

My experience with George was fantastic from start to finish. My roommate and I found an apartment that we liked online and texted him to inquire as to when we might view it. He responded within five minutes to tell us that it had already been rented. However, he immediately directed us to another listing that he thought might fit our preferences; we fell in love with the photos and within half an hour showed up on its doorstep to meet him for an 8 pm tour that he so graciously offered to give us on exceedingly short notice. He was extremely helpful, knew everything there was to know about the building, and clearly had a good relationship with the current tenant and landlord. He led us through the process as rapidly as possible, quickly and concisely responding to questions we had about application forms and next steps. As such, we met an associate of his at his office to apply for the apartment first thing in the morning; no more than 25 hours later, as I was getting ready for work the next morning, George texted my roommate and I to tell us that our application had been accepted. I would say that, working with George, it took us 37 hours from the moment we saw the apartment to the moment he texted us with great news. We are so happy with our new home and could not review George highly enough; if you have the chance to work with him, DO IT!
George is excellent. He responded to our contact almost immediately. He is worth every penny of his fee. We found an amazing apartment, he was responsive and able to accommodate our work schedules, meaning he could meet early in the morning or after 7pm. He's very polite and very honest. He works very efficiently.
