She showed up on time, gave me a full tour, and then helped me via text and email. She followed up with my previous landlord even during a holiday weekend, and went literally out of her way to make the deposit check delivery more convenient for me.
Overall, it was a great experience and I felt I was in good hands with Genesis.

Hands down the BEST REALTOR I've EVER had the pleasure of working with in all 18 years of living in NYC. Apartment hunting in New York has its own brand of stressors, and is a process I never look forward to - but Genesis made it feel easy and painless. She always had a solution in her back pocket, made me feel like I had my own personal "moving coach", doesn't take no for an answer, and does it all with absolute grace. If you need a realtor - I couldn't recommend her more.

Genesis was extremely helpful in securing an apartment for the start of September.
