Galina is the best agent out there! She is so SO committed to her clients, and keeps trying her best to show as many options for apartments as she can. In my particular case, there were a lot of ups and downs due to some my paperwork being stuck at my workplace, which led to me not being able to sign a lease on the I said I could. Yet, she was very kind and understanding about it and because I had to let go of that particular apartment, she found me several other ones a couple weeks later (when all my paperwork went through). She is very persevering and accommodating, always trying to make the client’s life easier by taking on most of the work on herself.
