A New York City native, Frank has been exposed to real estate his whole life through active investor parents, and launched his own successful career in the business straight out of college. In his rookie year, he made a name for himself in Harlem, taking over a 10-unit new development project on Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Blvd. Five months later, the entire building was in contract, and most units were sold for record prices in the area.
Over the years, Frank has further catapulted his reputation for getting results, and acquired extensive experience selling townhouses, condos, coops, and new development projects. Working with investors, developers, first-time homebuyers, seasoned buyers and sellers, he feels that each client and deal is unique, and needs to be handled differently. His specialties also extend to creating strategic target marketing plans for high-floor properties, and those with premium views.
Frank is known to add value to every transaction, treating your property purchase or sale as if it were his own. "I genuinely care about my clients and about the success of their deal. As a skilled and passionate negotiator, I will get you the best price possible while providing exemplary service every step of the way."
A believer in ongoing learning, Frank constantly educates himself on all aspects of the NYC market and real estate industry overall. He is equally committed to advancing in his field, as his designations as a Certified CARTUS Relocation Agent and a proven Negotiation Expert show. Frank studied Business Marketing at Montclair University and graduated from St. John's. His love of real estate leaves him little time for personal interests. "If I could do this job every second of the day, I would!"
